The Ferdows Foundation becomes fully functional once its founders, Shahla and Jim Butler are either deceased or incapable of taking care of the house and gardens. Until such time the relationship with the Partner is maintained on a personal basis by the Founders representing the nascent Foundation with Shahla Butler as President and Treasurer and James Butler as Vice President and Secretary. The Foundation Board members are advisors to the Founders and will be consulted on any major decisions affecting the Future Foundation. Once the Foundation begins active operations it will be guided by its Board of Directors and in accordance with the bylaws and operating rules already established.
